Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $7.50 flat rate shipping within the US.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at the shop.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business days. If you need it asap, call the store and let us know when you are coming 305-440-3951.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10-4 Monday - Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at liz@shopmissmonroe.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If one of your carriers falls into this group, you should look up their policy and communicate it to your customers here.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
FULL REFUND- You may return any unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
STORE CREDIT - Items that are returned within 15- 28 days will receive a store credit.
FINAL SALE - all Sale items, intimates, and jewelry are final sale and may not be returned.
NO RETURNS will be accepted after 28 days.
